Our Sherlock Holmes Poems!

We wrote Acrostic poems using a name, place or object from our term 2 reading text, Sherlock Holmes and the Blue Diamond. Using our tablets and mobile phones, we created Instaquote pictures by typing up our poems and choosing a suitable background Picture from the book.

 Elif Su used 'Holmes' to write her acrostic poem.

 Taha used the word 'diamond'.

 Sinem wrote about Peterson, the man who found the goose.

 Tunahan's poem was about Mrs Oakshott, James Ryder's sister.

Turab's poem is about the thief.

The Great Egg Hunt!

On Friday 18 April, we had an Easter egg hunt! We all painted eggs and the student with the most beautiful egg won a prize. Our teachers hid them around the school. We all searched for them at lunchtime.
